A quattro mesi dall'ordine non ho ancora ricevuto l'armadio a battente che è stato pagato "a merce pronta" alla società venditrice (Prime Home S.r.l.): peccato che mancasse un elemento verticale fondamentale, che è stato ri-ordinato e ri-sbagliato da parte del produttore. E non ho ancora potuto verificare la qualità del bene... Assolutamente sconsigliato! State alla larga. A 8 mesi dall'ordine, ho avuto l'armadio ma non ancora chiuso la contestazione: il venditore scarica la responsabilità della dilatazione assurda dei tempi sul produttore. L'armadio aveva la base più lunga dell'altezza e me l'hanno lasciato smontato, l'ha dovuto montare mio marito! Il letto aveva la pediera più piccola della testiera e hanno lasciato a metà anche quello! I comodini sono arrivati senza maniglie! Il vetro del soggiorno è arrivato graffiato! Senza contare le laccature con graffi e ammaccature dappertutto! Non commentiamo neanche quanto abbiamo dovuto soffrire (oltre 6 mesi) x avere QUALCHE sostituzione per avere almeno una casa decente!!! AH DIMENTICAVO, I MOBILI ROTTI ME LI HANNO LASCIATI A CASA E HO DOVUTO PAGARE DI TASCA MIA UNA DITTA DI SMALTIMENTO INGOMBRANTI OER TIRAR VIA DALL'APPARTAMENTO TUTTO QUELLO SCHIFO CHE NON POTEVAMO MUOVERCI. P.s. HANNO VOLUTO SALDATO TUTTO IN ANTICIPO PESSIMO TUTTO DALL' INIZIO ALLA FINE. The furniture arrived at my house. A dresser that arrived completely destroyed! Even the drawers inside were cracked! The wardrobe had the base longer than the height and they left it disassembled, my husband had to assemble it! The bed had the footboard smaller than the headboard and they left that halfway too! The bedside tables arrived without handles! The living room glass has arrived scratched! Not to mention the lacquers with scratches and dents all over! We do not even comment on how much we had to suffer (over 6 months) to have SOME replacement to have at least a decent home !!! AH I FORGOTTEN, THE BROKEN FURNITURE I HAVE LEFT AT HOME AND I HAD TO PAY FOR MY POCKET FOR A BULKY DISPOSAL COMPANY OR TO PULL OUT OF THE APARTMENT ALL THAT CUM THAT WE COULD NOT MOVE. P.s.
