A	Aldo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli sconsigliero sempre una volta fatto i lavori scompaiono ho montato tapparelle, zanzariere,infissi e porta blindata da loro pensando di avere il meglio ma ho sbagliato e ho avuto diverse per non dire molte volte bisogno di chiamarli per difetti o rotture dei materiali avendo anche fatto una garanzia ulteriore e da mesi ormai si fa 1 anno che gli aspetto per l'ennesima volta l'ennesimo problema e nessuno si fa vivo e una tristezza vedere aziende così spacciarsi per professionisti poi vedere questi risultati eppure si sono fatti pagare profumatamente mah mai più . Il titolare della GIEMME di tutta risposta…mi ha fatto scrivere una lettera dall’avvocato con minaccia di querela. Questo è il modo con cui la GIEMME si relaziona con i suoi clienti affezionati, era il terzo ordine effettuato in pochi anni ! Un consiglio? Mai più GIEMME... Mi è arrivato un vetro rotto, con il telaio fissato alla meno peggio a testimonianza del fatto che erano consapevoli di stare consegnando un prodotto difettoso, che avrebbero poi dovuto sostituire. Il venditore mi assicura, al momento della posa, che la sostituzione avverrà in un paio di settimane. Ad oggi ne sono già passate 9 (dicesi : NOVE!!!), 2 mesi e mezzo, e non è stato ancora sostituito nulla. Siamo nella decima settimana. Sono andato nel negozio del venditore ed ho fatto una piazzata tremenda (ad ogni cosa c'è poi un limite...!). Il venditore non ha saputo dirmi altro di diverso dal fatto che lui sta sollecitando di continuo e ha invitato ME (!!!) a telefonare di persona alla Giemme!!! La cosa più ridicola è che questi signori hanno anche preteso il pagamento del materiale PRIMA di farmelo esaminare e prima che lo installassero... Aggiornamento: il giorno dopo la pubblicazione di questa recensione, per magia, mi telefonano perchè è diventato tutto immediatamente risolvibile e il vetro rotto mi viene sostituito nel giro di pochissimi giorni. Aumento di una stella il giudizio, dal momento che, alla fine di tutto e dopo 5-6 mesi complessivi dall'ordine, gli infissi sono a posto e la qualità mi sembra buona. Unreliable. Update: the day after the publication of this review, by magic, they call me because everything has become immediately resolvable and the broken glass is replaced within a few days. The judgment is increased by one star, since, at the end of everything and after a total of 5-6 months from the order, the fixtures are in place and the quality seems good to me.

Perfezionamento dell'ordine dopo montaggio controtelai e la consegna materiale è passata a 24/26 settimane senza nè comunicarmelo preventivamente e senza nessun tipo di negoziazione. ....Aggiornamento 23/04/2022.... L'azienda sta cercando di venire incontro alle nostre esigenze, migliorando la data di consegna e sforzandosi in un dialogo costruttivo. Aggiungo 2 stelle e aggiorno il feedback ad avanzamento lavori... Il dialogo e il rapporto col cliente è alla base. Estimate in October with material delivery in 10/12 weeks. Completion of the order after installation of counter frames and material delivery has passed to 24/26 weeks without notifying me in advance and without any kind of negotiation. .... Update 23/04/2022 .... The company is trying to meet our needs by improving the delivery date and striving for constructive dialogue. I add 2 stars and update the feedback as work progresses ... The dialogue and the relationship with the customer is the basis.
