★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il luogo in cui si trova è bellissimo, ma il trullo all' interno non è per niente curato , senza finestre ,molto scuro con luci troppo fioche, mura tutte macchiate , bagno veramente poco curato, con doccia praticamente inesistente, letto scomodo, non ha una TV all' interno , se vuoi rilassarti a letto la sera guardando un po' di TV non è possibile.. non c'è uno specchio , ( solo uno piccolissimo in bagno).
Con un minimo di investimento in piú si potrebbe regalare alla clientela un confort e un benessere maggiore, per il resto la ragazza è stata gentile e la colazione buona.
 The place where it is located is beautiful, but the trullo inside is not cared for at all, without windows, very dark with too dim lights, all stained walls, very poorly maintained bathroom, with practically non-existent shower, uncomfortable bed, no a TV inside, if you want to relax in bed in the evening watching some TV it is not possible .. there is no mirror, (only a very small one in the bathroom).
With a minimum of investment you could give your customers greater comfort and well-being, for the rest the girl was kind and the breakfast was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una notte da incubo. Abbiamo soggiornato qui nel periodo di natale, con pa pioggia e il freddo. E, dalle 18 di pomeriggio ci spengono riscaldamento ed acqua calda. Immaginate come si sta. Da denuncia. Abbiamo provato più volte a telefonare ma nessuna risposta. E poi si lamentano che non vanno i turisti. Dovrebbero arrestarli a gente del genere….. che vergogna
A nightmare night. We stayed here over the Christmas period, with rain and cold pa. And, from 18 in the afternoon we turn off the heating and hot water. Imagine how it is. From complaint. We tried several times to call but no answer. And then they complain that tourists don't go. They should be arrested for such people ... .. what a shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo appena andati via da questo trullo che, sicuramente nella sua particolarità poteva aspirare ad essere più curato ed accogliente. PESSIMO SERVIZIO...MALEDUCAZIONE ASSOLUTA DELL'ADDETTA ALL'ACCOGLIENZA che, appena consegnate le chiavi,(ovviamente consapevole del disastro), ha pensato bene di spegnere il telefono e non essere più reperibile. Ambiente super congelato, termosifoni tiepidi, coperte impregnate di cattivo odore...una notte da incubo...la colazione squallida, portata in un sacchetto di carta senza neanche un tovagliolo.
Gradirei che si prendessero seri provvedimenti per questo posto, perché questa a mio parere è una truffa a tutti gli effetti. VOTO SOTTOZERO. ALLA LARGA DAL GIARDINO DEI TRULLI.
We have just left this trullo which, certainly in its particularity, could have aspired to be more refined and welcoming. BAD SERVICE ... ABSOLUTE RUDE OF THE WELCOME GUEST who, as soon as the keys were handed over, (obviously aware of the disaster), he saw fit to turn off the phone and no longer be available. Super frozen environment, warm radiators, bad smelling blankets ... a nightmare night ... the seedy breakfast, brought in a paper bag without even a napkin.
I would appreciate serious action taken for this place, as this is in my opinion a full-fledged scam. VOTE SUBZERO. AWAY FROM THE GARDEN OF THE TRULLI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of our trullo was great and it really looks nice and cute.
However the experience was terrible, maybe due to the fact that we visited in october:
Reception was closed upon arrival, phones lines were not answering so we had to ask a neighbour to help us. We waited outside 50min for the receptionist to arrive and she did not even apologize.
There was no heating in the trullo (there were 2 transportable heaters which were not working). There was no warm water and the sink was clogged.
Overall, this made our experience terrible and we were happy to leave.
Still, we paid 170e for the night.
