Bellissimi gli ambienti interni ma soprattutto esterni, ottima cucina semplice ma allo stesso tempo creativa e ricercata, materie prime di ottima qualità, staff gentile e disponibile Una nota particolarmente positiva per la creatività dello chef nelle proposte vegane (che spero possano aumentare). Apprezzato da tutti i commensali.

Qualità eccellente e varietà di piatti presentati in modo raffinato, molto apprezzati da tutti i commensali. Il menù tipico prevede: Antipasto di Alalunga in carpione con pomodoro secco; tartare di tonno rosso con pistacchio di Bronte ; salmone con stracciatella e zucchine; melanzane ricomposte; burratina affumicata in crosta di patate con salsa ai funghi porcini ; timballetto di cicorie con polpettine; finferli in tempura su passati na di patate ; baccalà in tempura. Ottimi i primi e tutti i piatti serviti, torta compresa.
It is the restaurant of the famous Masseria Abate Resort, the same manager of the restaurant "Il Falco Pellegrino". Excellent quality and variety of dishes presented in a refined way, much appreciated by all diners. The typical menu includes: Alalunga appetizer in carpione with dried tomatoes; red tuna tartare with Bronte pistachio; salmon with stracciatella and courgettes; recomposed aubergines; smoked burratina in potato crust with porcini mushroom sauce; timballetto of chicory with meatballs; chanterelles in tempura on mashed potatoes; cod in tempura. Excellent first courses and all dishes served, including cake.
