Durante il periodo natalizio vi si tiene un interessante e colorito mercatino in cui si può trovare tanta roba. Spazio di accesso anche verso il Centro Sociale per anziani, il bagno pubblico, la Biblioteca Comunale sez. ragazzi, la Pro Loco “A. Manganaro” e l’Università della Terza Età. Peccato che il piccolo anfiteatro non venga utilizzato - come invece succedeva una volta in estate - per concerti jazz. Periodicamente, anche se non con la stessa frequenza di un tempo, si svolge il Mercato dell’Antiquariato. Belle le aiuole fiorite. A place to take a walk, sit in the cool of a bench, have a chat. Il complesso ospita un auditorio,l'uffio informagiovani la biblioteca per ragazzi ed è anche sede dell'Università della terza età. Nel piazzale antistante la galleria sono posti i busti di due illustri concittadini Nino Leotto e Antonino pino Ballotta, mentre su uno dei pilastri è posta una lapide in memoria di Alessandro Manganaro... Al suo interno ha un piccolo parco giochi e si può usufruire persino di una fontanella per rinfrescarsi nelle ore più calde. In zona si trova di tutto, tra pizzerie, bar, panifici e altri punti vendita si abbigliamenti, gioielli, duomo e librerie. Ideale per una passeggiata, una sosta relax o come ritrovo con gli amici.
