★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricordo questa piazza ai tempi della stazione delle corriere. C'erano i portici con il mercato dell'ortofrutta, il chiosco del salumiere, la pescivendola che stava con suo marito il piano primo della stessa casa dove abitavamo noi! I bagni dove si recavano a lavarsi chi non aveva il bagno in casa. I giardini erano alberati con dei pini e da bambini raccoglievamo i pinoli per fare la torta oltre a rincorrerci sotto i portici! Ora è cambiata!
I remember this square at the time of the bus station. There were the arcades with the fruit and vegetable market, the butcher's kiosk, the fishmonger who was with her husband on the first floor of the same house where we lived! The bathrooms where those who did not have a bathroom at home went to wash. The gardens were lined with pine trees and as children we collected pine nuts to make the cake as well as chasing each other under the arcades! Now it has changed!
