β β β β β Good park for making picnics ! There are 2 bars inside. Normally they are crowded but you can just get a drink to take away. Games for children inside also.

β β β β β Nicest park in city (as far as I know, could be wrong). It's 15 min (for me) walk from Due Torri, so it's quite close. Park is big with a lots of nice grassy surfaces and couple of children playgrounds.
Humidity is higher in park then in rest of city center area, so when sun is down it can be considerably chillier, so whoever is going there after sundown should keep this in the mind.

β β β β β Such a beautiful park! Much needed in a city like Bologna that would benefit from more green spaces like this. It's perfect for walking, jogging, playing or just relaxing on a bench or the big grassy field.

β β β β β Giardini Margherita provides a desperately needed green space for the densely built historical center of Bologna. Although technically situated outside the circular boulevard that surrounds the old city, this public garden is a stone's throw from the main square of the city. A short walk from the heart of old Bologna, Giardini Margherita is not only green, but airy and leafy with plenty of room to walk, jog, play ball or simply sit in the shade and relax.

β β β β β Love this park! We stayed only 10-min walk away so we visited the park almost every afternoon when we were there. It is quite big, has like two different playgrounds for kids, a cafe (which we havenβt tried yet) and different other activities. The pine trees are amazingly huge!

β β β β β The largest Park in Bologna. Itβs a bit distant from the railway station but worth the walk. The park was beautiful on a Sunday afternoon, with people enjoying, having a picnic or just sunbathing. The cafeteria is an icing on the cake where you can enjoy drinks by the water body.
