The magnificent place, and it seems to me that there will also be a swimming pool for next year. But there is still a problem: the handicapped shower floods the whole bathroom and even more. If something could be done.

Unforgettable place and friendly and available hosts to meet our needs always. Anna and Roberto, the owners, are amazing people who have given us all the attention possible. Melinda, responsible for supporting the guests, is a lovely young woman who left nothing to be desired during our entire stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable and spacious, with a very nice area for barbecue and rest, and can host several people in the same apartment. In addition, it has efficient wifi service and laundry available. The city is full of charms, with a wonderful beach, and close to several points of visitation in Sicily. We will be back as many times as we can!

It was a real surprise !! The reality has considerably exceeded what we have seen in the photo. A little perfect location !!! A great point to move to the various points of interest but also very close to a beautiful beach, both equipped and free. We stayed in this house for a week and at the slightest problem, immediately Mrs. Marilena, assigned to us, was working in no time at all !!! A real surprise ... we have by now a good experience about holiday homes having 2 small children, and this structure has completed a wonderful week of holidays! Secure, well managed, (beautiful spaces also porch furniture x outdoor dining area in the garden games x children, and barbecue area) very nice and very friendly staff. The location is very functional in a nice and man-sized town, convenient to reach both Trapani and Palermo and its surroundings ... without forgetting that the sea is a charm. Excellent apartment with a closed area and parking. The villa has 4 apartments, 2nd on the first floor and 2nd on the second floor. The veranda offers a gorgeous sea view. On the veranda, in addition to a sofa, a small table with chairs, there is a large dining table, at which we watched the amazingly beautiful sunsets. On the territory there is a large clean pool and two showers, there is a barbecue area with a table and a sink. The territory is well-groomed, there is a children's swing and a slide. Inside there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean bed linen and towels were provided upon arrival. The location of the villa is very good, 15 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the town of Balestrate with shops and restaurants. The road from the airport took 20-30 minutes. The owner Roberto very warmly welcomed us at the villa and showed us everything. During the rest, we wrote off in English and he recommended us different places where it is better to eat pizza or pasta, what products are better to buy and where is better to go. He also recommended us a car rental company. If you rent a car from them for more than 7 days, then the transfer to and from the airport is free. They met us with a sign at the airport and in a comfortable minibus brought us directly to the villa. And the price of car rent was good for them, almost two times cheaper than at the airport. We took the car and went to different places. The location of the villa is very good, there are many amazing places nearby. For example, in 20 minutes drive, there is the Athenian temple and the ancient theater Tempio di Segesta, I highly recommend to go. The sea is clean, with a large beach, you can always find a place with your own towel and umbrella. Toilet and shower due to covid did not work. The water was warm, did not leave the sea for 3-4 hours. There were no jellyfish. We were vacationing with 2 children. Both children and parents really liked it.

We stayed at this property for two weeks with a 3 year old baby girl and boy. Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility and do not want to travel continuously by car. The structure is close to the sea, fantastic swimming pool, new apartment equipped with all comforts. The owners Roberto and Anna are very kind and super helpful. We hope to be back soon.
