Grazie ad un concorso di poesia vinto da nostra figlia,abbiamo avuto la possibilità di alloggiare in questa casetta munita di ogni confort,situata in una posizione tranquilla e ottimale per spostarsi anche a piedi e raggiungere il centro.La padrona di casa e il figlio sono persone precise, corrette, puntuali e affettuose.E' stata davvero un bellissima esperienza e sicuramente,se torneremo a Napoli,sarebbe nostro piacere sostare ancora alla Giannina's House

Промчались по Италии с ветерком, и занесло нас в Giannina's house, боже такого отношения к гостям мы давно не встречали, это небольшая 2х комнатная квартира в доме на две семьи, самое важное что все только после ремонта, свеженькое и чистое)) особенно хотелось отметить тишину, в которой вы засыпаете и просыпаетесь утром, что большая редкость для Неаполя, мега шумного вечно гудящего города, расположение отличное, в шаговой доступности все, что вам нужно - Археологический музей, Ботанический сад, 5 минут от жд вокзала и 15 минут от аэропорта)

siamo stati ospiti con mio marito e il nostro bimbo più piccolino in questa meravigliosa casa al centro di Napoli per 3 giorni . .veramente accogliente per non parlare della proprietaria d casa la signora Giovanna che ci ha trattati come nipoti e non come semplici clienti!!!!ci torneremo e la consigliamo !!!

Vi ho soggiornato nei primi giorni di giugno in compagnia di amici. Dire che mi sono trovata bene sarebbe riduttivo... I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi in ogni momento e per ogni evenienza, compresi i "fuoriprogramma". L'appartamento risulta essere veramente come descritto, silenzioso e dotato di ogni comodità, arredamento funzionale. Zanzariere e climatizzatore utilissimi... Pulizia al top e biancheria fresca di bucato. Assolutamente da tenere in considerazione se si ha intenzione di visitare la bella Napoli!

Very nice place

Giannina's House was fantastic! I stayed there with my girl friend for 5 days. This apartment is very central, literally a 50m walk and your on one of the main streets in central Naples. Although Naples is known for it's hustle and bustle, the location of this apartment is ideal for quick access to all central locations as well as for rest and relaxation after a long day on the road. When you lock up in the evening, you virtually hear nothing from the outside, same applies during the day. This place is very secured as well which provides a sense of comfort and safety at night. The owners were amazing, they are very friendly and open to assist at any time when needed. I've never experience such friendly owners during my previous travels. House keeping was a very nice surprise, to come home and see everything so organized and clean was very welcoming. There was not a single spot of mold or rust anywhere, not even in the shower which tends to be common in many other hotels. The apartment itself, it looks very nice in the photo's, but the photo's do not describe just a how nice and luxurious the place really is in person. We did not have a single complaint, it's super modern, spacious (approx 70m2), extremely clean and you have an independent entrance. For families, this would be perfect, with a total of 2 bed rooms which could accomodate 5 guests, or two couples, its perfect. All of the facilities needed are present such as and iron/ironing board, expresso machine, water cooker, washer and dryer, dishwasher, fresh towels (also washed by house keeping), free wifi, air conditioning, stove, oven etc...It's all included which made the stay very comfortable, it virtually felt like a home away from home. The area itself is not very far away from all of the main attractions, such as old Naples, Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta and many more situated in central Naples. Old Naples is literally a 10 minute walk away. If you're looking to go to the top of Mount Vesuvius or walk the ancient streets of Pompei, it's literally a 30 minute drive way. I've seen it all during my short stay and it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend Giannina's House casa vacanze to anyone looking to visit the south of Italy and will definitely book this place again on my next visit to the area, no questions asked! Book this place, it's well worth it!
