Non sapendo dove cercare il materiale che mi serviva ho chiesto aiuto ad una commessa che invece di aiutarmi mi ha letteralmente accompagnato fuori dalla porta perché a suo dire non ero in possesso della P.iva specifica per poter acquistare senza aver visionato né il camerale né fatto parlare con gli addetti alla registrazione dei nuovi clienti. L'educazione purtroppo non è per tutti. Poi ci stupiamo se le persone comprano su Amazon. Mai più.
I went to this shop for the first time because everyone talked about it well.
Not knowing where to look for the material I needed, I asked for help from a saleswoman who, instead of helping me, literally accompanied me out the door because, according to her, I was not in possession of the specific VAT number to be able to buy without having viewed the chamber of commerce or done talk to new customer registrars. Unfortunately, education is not for everyone. Then we are amazed if people buy on Amazon. Never again.
