★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato per anni i libri sul loro negozio online. Ad un certo punto mi è arrivato un prodotto difettoso. Mi hanno risposto che non potevano cambiarlo in quanto esaurito. Sul loro sito era però (e lo è tuttora) in vendita. La scarsa serietà va ricambiata con l'oblio.
Mai più, per nessun motivo, loro cliente.
 I have purchased books on their online store for years. At some point I got a defective product. They replied that they could not change it because it was out of stock. On their website, however, it was (and still is) on sale. Poor seriousness must be reciprocated with oblivion.
Never again, for any reason, their client.
