Questo contratto mi serve x la conversione che sto facendo anche de lo stipendio x mandare avanti una vita ma loro ci sn fregati .informatevi di più al posto di scaricare le persone come la mondizia. Lati negativi : mi è stata descritta un'offerta di lavoro non esattamente corrispondente alla realtà, questo ha comportato per me lo svolgimento di uno stage non completamente idoneo alle mie aspettative e quindi ne ho ricavato poca crescita. Inoltre, ho saputo all'improvviso e negli ultimi giorni di stage , peraltro dall'azienda per cui lavoravo e nemmeno da Gigroup, che il contratto non poteva essere rinnovato (quando al colloquio con l'agenzia interinale mi era stato detto altro). Cosa non si fa pur di rendere appetibile una posizione lavorativa... Positives: kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Ieri 15/04/2021 ho ricevuto una telefonata dall'agenzia Gi Group (Silvia) per fare un colloquio di lavoro, per un posto vacante che era stato pubblicizzato. L'appuntamento è stato fissato per il giorno successivo (16/01/2021) alle ore 15:00. Quando ho fatto domanda per la posizione, ero molto interessato, mi sono preparato praticamente mattina e pomeriggio per il colloquio. Quando è arrivato il momento, nessuno mi ha chiamato o inviato un'e-mail. Dopo 10 minuti ho ricevuto un suo telefono, chiedendomi se l'intervista fosse iniziata, ha detto di no, stavo aspettando, l'e-mail a lui. L'inserviente Luca ha detto che avrebbe verificato cosa fosse successo per lo stesso. Dopo altri 10 minuti e niente ho deciso di chiamare e non ho avuto successo, ho deciso di chiamare sul loro sito web il numero che mi ha lasciato più di 10 minuti di attesa e niente a cui rispondere, ho deciso di rinunciare. Alle 15:47 ricevo un'e-mail dalla società che diceva che avevano provato a contattarmi ma non ci erano riusciti e mi dicevano che per mancanza di interesse l'opportunità era stata annullata. M (scrivo le iniziali poiché tutti possiamo sbagliare ad interfacciarsi con il prossimo, una giornata no etc..) ma questo non giustifica minimamente il comportamento distaccato e presuntuoso subito da lei. É un vero peccato poiché oltre ad avere un atteggiamento fastidioso non ha benché minimo pensato e deciso di mettere a propria agio chi si trovava di fronte. Zero umanità e empatia, ma neanche un accenno di sorriso mentre si stava svolgendo l'intervista. Oltre all'interrogatorio non ho avuto alcuna spiegazione della mansione, seppur questa di mio interesse. Comprendo che forse "essere umani"al giorno d'oggi sia un tema sottovalutato e al quanto difficile poiché la tecnologia sta facendo progressi e a breve saremmo anche noi computerizzati, ma se non erro il compito della risorsa umana é entrare in contatto con il candidato, aiutare chi è alla ricerca attiva del lavoro, dare un feedback e magari dare suggerimenti. Non fare il contrario,mettendo a disagio il soggetto che essendo già in una situazione di "tensione" dovuta dal colloquio e che nonostante sia cosciente delle sue abilità, si senta solo giudicato da chi lavora in un APL e il lavoro c'è l'ha. Mi è stato chiesto il mio curriculum vitae (che ho sempre fatto in formato europeo come consigliatomi praticamente da TUTTI) e fin da subito mi è stato criticato. A detta loro dovevo fare un altro tipo di curriculum (quello non europeo) elencando solo le esperienze pertinenti al lavoro che stavo cercando e cancellando tutte le altre non attinenti. Inoltre una delle dipendenti mi ha anche ""consigliato"" di non usare il colore fucsia per il curriculum che avrei dovuto fare, una battutina fuoriluogo a fronte di un curriculum professionale che gli era stato presentato e che aveva scartato. Non mi sono più presentata in questa sede perlomeno e penso non mi presenterò mai più. Non si lavora così. Bene o male io di ricerca di lavoro capisco qualcosa e capisco anche quando qualche agenzia mi contatta per perdere tempo ma non per tutti è così. Siate professionali. Ti fanno fare il colloquio per poi sparire completamente, senza più darti una risposta. Ti scartano, pur avendo tutti i requisiti, non ti rispondono al telefono per darti un riscontro e se ti rispondono si rimpallano le responsabilità. Chi vi chiama è perchè ha veramente bisogno di un lavoro. Not at all professional.
