★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordine tramite justeat, pizzeria a 3km da casa, pagamento immediato con paypal. Dopo 15 minuti chiamiamo il ristorante per avere conferma dell'ordine, dato che non era ancora arrivato. Verifica ordine e indirizzo, tutto ok, con consegna per le 20.10. Alle 20.45 nulla ancora. Richiamo e mi sento dire che non hanno fatto le pizze perchè al mio paese non consegnano (ripeto 3km e tramite justeat che filtra i ristoranti in base ai parametri che impostano i ristoratori!). Se non avessi chiamato io non avrei ricevuto nè un messaggio, né probabilmente i miei soldi... inoltre non sto a commentare i toni della sig.ra che ha risposto al telefono! DA DIMENTICARE
Order via justeat, pizzeria 3km from home, immediate payment with paypal. After 15 minutes we call the restaurant to confirm the order, as it hadn't arrived yet. Check order and address, all ok, with delivery by 20.10. At 20.45 nothing yet. I recall and I am told that they did not make pizzas because they do not deliver to my country (I repeat 3km and through justeat that filters restaurants based on the parameters that restaurateurs set!). If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have received a message, or probably my money ... also I'm not commenting on the tones of the lady who answered the phone! TO FORGET
