Vado per cambiare/restituire e trovo chiuso in pieno orario di apertura. Chiamo per sentire e mi dicono che sono assenti per 5 minuti al che aspetto e dopo aver aspettato 45 minuti si presentano.
Ah; anche a prezzi fuori dal mercato.
Fatevi un piacere evitate e comprate su Amazon.

They gave me a defective part; - so far okay
I go to change / return and find it closed in full opening hours. I call to hear and they tell me they are absent for 5 minutes at what they look like and after waiting 45 minutes they show up.
Ah; even at prices outside the market.
