Oggi, 4 11 2017, sabato (e io lavoro) mi sono accorta che la caldaia nn si accende x cui nn ho acqua calda. Chiamo in prima mattinata e l addetta a ricevere le telefonate con modi sbarbati e veramente poco professionali esordisce così: " Lo fate apposta a rompere la caldaia di sabato..." poi " signora nn ce la facciamo....ho tutti gli uomini impegnati" allora faccio presente che sono una cliente da anni che ho un ' accordo' x il quale mi chiama la G.F. x ricordarmi la pulizia periodica, fatta tra l altro a settembre di quest anno. La signora della G.F. a quel punto puntualizza che nn esiste alcun rapporto continuativo tra noi, che loro chiamano solo x ricordare " l adempimento". (COME SE X LORO NN FOSSE UN BUSINESS !!!!) A quel punto concludo rilevando soprattutto la totale mancanza di cortesia oltre l indisponibilità, dicendo che nn mi rivolgero' più a loro. Di tutta risposta : "benissimo" ! QUESTA È LA PROFESSIONALITÀ DELL' AZIENDA G.F. CHE LASCIA I CLIENTI DECENNALI NEI PROBLEMI NN GARANTENDO L ASSISTENZA CHE NN DÀ LORO I MAGGIORI INTROITI. VERGOGNATEVI !!! I am a G.F. and I have been periodically servicing the boiler for over 10 years. Today, 4 11 2017, Saturday (and I work) I realized that the boiler does not turn on x which I do not have hot water. I have all the men busy "then I would like to point out that I have been a customer for years that I have an 'agreement' for which GF calls me x remind me of the periodic cleaning done among other things in September of this year. THIS IS THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE G.F. THAT LEAVES TEN CUSTOMERS IN THE PROBLEMS NN GUARANTEEING THE ASSISTANCE THAT NN GIVES THEM MORE INCOME. SHAME ON YOU !!!

Esperienza molto negativa, il tecnico ha sfondato corpo caldaia e ha continuato i lavori, si è fatto pagare la pulizia e il cambio di idrometro (cambi un idrometro in una caldaia appena sfondata e me lo addebiti ?), lasciando casa con la promessa che se ci fossero stati problemi il corpo si sarebbe saldato. Caldaia bloccata e mai ripartita (prima andava benissimo) casa al freddo e rifiuto della GF di venire a saldare il corpo come promesso dal tecnico. Ho dovuto comprare caldaia nuova. Mi rivolgerò al legale e gli farò causa visto che non vogliono rispondere di nulla. Consiglio, state alla larga da questa azienda. Vergognatevi.
