★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li abbiamo chiamati per assistenza a pompa di calore, sono intervenuti in tempi brevi per vedere il problema, poi non si sono più fatti sentire...
Dopo averli chiamati altre 2 volte inutilmente, non ci hanno fatto sapere il danno e neanche proposto un preventivo per la sistemazione o sostituzione, niente di niente, solo un richiamiamo noi.
Ci rivolgeremo altrove.
We called them for heat pump assistance, they intervened in a short time to see the problem, then they never made themselves heard ...
After calling them 2 more times in vain, they did not let us know the damage or even proposed a quote for the accommodation or replacement, nothing at all, just a call back to us.
We will turn elsewhere.
