I had a visit today from Orl for my nasal septal situation ... Dr. Carla Russo was very professional, very friendly and incredibly kind not to mention she was also very attentive to every detail ... so professional that I must say that it has nothing to envy to private doctors ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Between 14 calls yesterday and 6 calls today, they finally pick up, only to let me listen to their background noise!! It seems they just pick up the phone to stop the ringing noise, they leave you on the line for about 5 minute and then close the call. So much disrespect!!! If I could put -10 stars, I would!
