Il telefono forse non sanno neanche di averlo in ufficio... e visto che oggi con il covid non ci si può recare di persona è l'unico mezzo per comunicare. Dico io ,a cosa serve la fascia oraria per chiamare se non rispondono permettendosi il lusso anche di mettere fuori posto la cornetta dopo svariati tentativi.Spero che qualcuno faccia qualcosa. One star is too much .... Service not up to par with a very important institution. Maybe they don't even know they have a telephone in the office ... and since today you can't go in person with the covid, it's the only way to communicate. I say, what is the use of the time slot to call if they do not answer allowing themselves the luxury of putting the handset out of place after several attempts. I hope someone will do something.

Da operatore sanitario e cittadino sono indignato dalla impossibilità di comunicare e chiedere informazioni con la vostra struttura, essendo anche fuori sede e in emergenza COVID credo sia l'unico modo per interloquire con voi. F	Francesco Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, gente incompetente e mai una risposta al telefono...nn riescono ad aggiornare una data sull'attestato di revoca del medico...dall'attentato risulta che nn ho medico dal 2018 ma dell'attestato stesso risulta che dal 2019 ho il medico di base....temporalmente impossibile ma evidentemente aggiornare una data è un compito troppo difficile per lavoratori di questo calibro...siete una vergogna Bad service, incompetent people and never an answer on the phone ... they can't update a date on the doctor's revocation certificate ... the attack shows that I haven't had a doctor since 2018 but the certificate itself shows that since 2019 I have the general practitioner .... temporarily impossible but obviously updating a date is too difficult a task for workers of this caliber ... you are a shame

Sono 5 giorni che provo a chiamare senza nessuna risposta. Vigliacchi I understand the covid situation. Blockages and collapsing movements. But Asl Manduria did not respond to times of peace let alone to times of war. I have been trying to call for 5 days with no answer. Cowards

Tutto questo è vergognoso perchè C'è gente con il covid o che si è negativizzata che aspetta notizie e aggiornamenti su come comportarsi e nessuno sà dare delle indicazioni! In più abbiamo avuto anche problemi una volta per un semplice rinnovo patenti dove con tutta la prenotazione non volevano fare la visita a mia madre. Consiglierei di iniziare a lavorare seriamente I am indignant. There is a phone number that no one answers, not even calling twenty times. Oggi torno a casa da lavoro e i miei nonni hanno ricevuto la nuova tessera sanitaria...siete incredibili ma chi ha dato il posto a questi incompetenti?? VERGOGNATEVI FATE PENA Absolute incompetence I have been calling for months and I have sent dozens of emails to receive the health card which is now expired and illegible, otherwise I cannot download the green pass and I am missing an answer. Today I come home from work and my grandparents have received the new health card ... you are incredible but who gave the place to these incompetents? BE ASHAMED, PUNISH YOURSELF
