Un’agenzia scorretta, poco trasparente, costosa e con un servizio scadente. Sento di dire davvero poco raccomandabile. Iniziamo dal contesto: vorrei acquistare un appartamento bilocale a milano in porta venezia. Questi i fatti sulla mia recensione. 1- Servizio scadente: cerco di fissare un appuntamento per la visita dell’appartamento; non mi rispondono per 2 settimane. Li richiamo e scrivo nuovamente: mi dicono che sono in vacanza. Essendo l’appartamento nel mio palazzo vedo tante visite e quindi provo ad andare davanti all’appartamento fingendomi interessato. Me lo fanno vedere senza problemi. Inoltre: non rispondono quasi mai al telefono e ai messaggi; nell’interazione sono sbrigativi e poco esplicativi (non mi han spiegato bene i dettagli dell’appartamento) 2- Costosa: chiedono una fee di agenzia almeno 2 volte superiore al mercato dicendo che non trattano. Te lo dicono anche in maniera arrogante. 3- Poco trasparente: ho fatto numerose offerte al telefono e via sms anche superiori a quella che eventualmente il proprietario ha accettato. Non mi han mai permesso di fare l’offerta per iscritto dicendo che erano impegnati in altri incontri... 4- Scorretta: alla fine al proprietario potevano far ottenere più soldi, ma probabilmente perché l’altro acquirente ha accettato la loro fee di agenzia “fuori mercato” non hanno voluto proporre la mia offerta più alta al proprietario Quindi: sconsiglio vivamente questa agenzia. Sia che voi siate acquirenti che compratori. L’interazione è stata arrogante e presuntuosa o, del tutto assente.

An incorrect agency, not very transparent, expensive and with a poor service. I feel I am saying very badly. Let's start from the context: I would like to buy a two-room apartment in Milan in Porta Venezia. These are the facts about my review. 1- Poor service: I try to make an appointment to visit the apartment; they don't answer me for 2 weeks. I call them back and write again: they tell me I'm on vacation. Being the apartment in my building I see many visits and so I try to go to the front of the apartment pretending to be interested. Me I do see no problems. Also: they almost never answer the phone and messages; in the interaction they are hasty and not very explanatory (they have not explained to me the details of the apartment) 2- Expensive: they ask for an agency fee at least 2 times higher than the market saying that they do not treat. They even say so arrogantly. 3- Slightly transparent: I made numerous offers over the phone and via SMS even greater than what the owner eventually accepted. They never allowed me to make the offer in writing saying that they were engaged in other meetings ... 4- Incorrect: in the end the owner could get more money, but probably because the other buyer accepted their agency fee "out of the market" they didn't want to offer my highest offer to the owner So: I strongly advise against this agency. Whether you are a buyer or a buyer. The interaction was arrogant and presumptuous or completely absent.
