Non solo ci ha assistiti nell’acquisto nel miglior modo possibile, ma ci ha anche aiutati a gestire una situazione particolarmente scomoda riguardante la vendita di casa nostra (che avevamo affidato a una famosa catena immobiliare). Gentilezza, professionalità, simpatia e correttezza sono le parole giuste per descrivere il signor Bencardino e la sua assistente Jessica. Per noi non esiste altra agenzia a Milano!
My husband and I bought a house whose sale was managed by Mr. Bencardino. Not only did he assist us in the purchase in the best possible way, but he also helped us manage a particularly uncomfortable situation regarding the sale of our house (which we had entrusted to a famous real estate chain). Kindness, professionalism, friendliness and fairness are the right words to describe Mr. Bencardino and his assistant Jessica. For us there is no other agency in Milan!

La professionalità nel preparare l'offerta, nell'individuare il probabile nuovo inquilino tra una rosa di candidati, nel condurre la trattativa e nel disbrigo di tutte le formalità relative alla chiusura del vecchio contratto e alla registrazione del nuovo fanno si che il team Bencasa, ed in particolare il sig.
