★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se potessi, metterei sotto zero.......dopo decenni che siamo clienti sia dell'officina che della concessionaria, quest'anno siamo stati oggetto di una fattispecie a dir poco imbarazzante, per non dire di assoluta mancanza di professionalità e attenzione verso il cliente....veramente un comportamento pessimo!!!!!!!grande delusione e amarezza....se non si pone rimedio...il nostro rapporto finisce qui
if I could, I would put it below zero ....... after decades of being customers of both the workshop and the dealership, this year we have been the subject of an embarrassing case in point, not to mention an absolute lack of professionalism and attention towards the customer .... really bad behavior !!!!!!! great disappointment and bitterness .... if this is not remedied ... our relationship ends here
