★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto professionale ed educato. Hanno svolto il lavoro in maniera ottimale sporcando il meno possibile e pulendo con attenzione a lavoro terminato. Ci hanno poi mostrato come utilizzare le nuove installazioni rispondendo ad ogni nostro dubbio in maniera semplice ma esaustiva.
 Very professional and polite staff. They did the job optimally, soiling as little as possible and cleaning carefully when finished. They then showed us how to use the new installations, answering all our doubts in a simple but comprehensive way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa, insoddisfatto. Venuti a vedere la caldaia che non andava , senza compiere alcuna attività mi hanno detto che bisognava sostituirla e chiesto 90 euro (40 chiamata 50 manodopera) !! Mai più

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandalosi!!!! Non sono mai arrivati, dopo che li avevo chiamati per un intervento sulla caldaia che aveva smesso di funzionare, è febbraio 2022 e sono al freddo senza riscaldamento e acqua calda,VERGOGNA!!!

Dopo avr esposto chiaramente la problematica di persona presso la loro sede per valutare se sostituire o ripristinare lo scalda acqua la prima cosa che la gentil signora ha detto : sono euri 90 per la chiamata! Giunto il tecnico in loco spiego la problematica e senza an ora visionare lo scalda acqua ha subito individuato il problema che necessitava di sostituzione, confermato anche dalla visione dello scalda acqua. 90 euri quando tutte le altre assistenze richiedono 50 euri per la chiamata.
Assolutamente da evitare tale fornitore Messo solo una stellina perché non possibile mettere zero!!!!!
