★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf e-mail wird nicht geantwortet! Man bekommt nur eine Stunde von 9.00 bis 10.00 Uhr um im Konsulat anrufen zu können und dann ist natürlich immer besetzt. Am Anrufbeantworter spricht eine Frau mit starkem auslänischen Akzent und das ist ein deutsche Konsulat ? Nun ja ich bin nostalgisch vor paar Jahren war es wesentlich besser!
On e-mail will not be answered! You only get one hour from 9:00 to 10:00 to call the consulate and then, of course, always busy. At the answering machine speaks a woman with a strong foreign accent and that is a German consulate? Well, I'm nostalgic a few years ago it was much better!

Never reachable, not even during the specified times. The announcement on the answering machine is shameful for a German consulate. You don't understand your own language, how should you use it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al telefono non rispondono mai, neppure negli orari indicati. Per email ci mettono un'eternità e non capiscono neppure domande semplici. INUTILI!
They never answer the phone, not even at the times indicated. Emailing takes forever and they don't even understand simple questions. UNNECESSARY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ausweise von unserem Nachwuchs waren seit ein paar Tagen abgelaufen weshalb uns Grimaldi Fairies nicht nach Sardinien mitnehmen wollte. Also zurück von Livorno nach Florenz und abends noch eine Mail geschrieben und unser Problem geschildert. Morgens um 9 haben wir dann gleich dort angerufen und uns wurde gesagt wir bräuchten. Ie neue Ausweisbilder und könnten dann vorbeikommen. Mittags hatten wir dann die vorläufigen Ausweise in der Hand. Die Frau dort die uns geholfen hat war sehr nett und freundlich. Unsere Helferin in der Not. :)
Our offspring's ID cards had expired a few days ago, which is why Grimaldi Fairies didn't want to take us to Sardinia. So back from Livorno to Florence and wrote an email in the evening and described our problem. In the morning at 9 we called there and were told we needed. Ie new ID cards and could then come over. At lunchtime we had our provisional IDs in hand. The woman there who helped us was very nice and friendly. Our helper in an emergency. :)
