★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli impiegati sono degli ignoranti. Cioè nn é possibile che a distanza di 3anni,non riescono ad inserire al computer correttamente il nome del nuovo intestatario del contatore! Si pensi che ci vado ogni2mesi a dire sempre la stessa identica cosa! Il numero verde per la lettura dopo7/8mimuti in linea,smette di funzionare e chiude la conversazione. Ma il vero problema non sono loro!! Mi arriva una fattura da pagare da 102euro...41é il consumo,25spese contatore, 24oneri imposte, 2euro oneri sistema...il resto miei cari signori é IVA!

The employees are ignorant. That is, it is not possible that after 3 years, they are unable to correctly enter the name of the new counter holder on the computer! Just think that I go there every 2 months to always say the exact same thing! The toll-free number for reading after 7/8 minutes online, stops working and ends the conversation. But the real problem is not them! I get an invoice to be paid from 102euro ... 41é the consumption, 25 counter expenses, 24 tax charges, 2euro system charges ... the rest my dear gentlemen is VAT!
