★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un usato da loro e devo dire che sono abbastanza contento.Persone gentili e cordiali anche se non mi hanno dato un tanto di fiducia in più,ma d altronde oggi giorno e così.Sono stato servito e accolto dal loro venditore Salvatore che è stato semplicemente il top gentile cortese e professionale.Non posso che consigliare sono seri e affidabile e del contratto fatto non avrerete brutte sorprese o variazioni

I bought a used one from them and I must say that I am quite happy.People kind and cordial even if they did not give me a lot of confidence, but on the other hand today and so.I was served and welcomed by their salesman Salvatore who is was simply the top kind courteous and professional.I can only recommend they are serious and reliable and of the contract made you will not have any nasty surprises or variations

Avevo un problema, Lunedì 9 Agosto frizione e volano andati..riesco a giungere in officina..poi la mia macchina non era più marciante..
Risultato oggi 12 Agosto riconsegna del veicolo..
Mi hanno Salvato un.estate..era l.unica mezzo che avevo a disposizione .
Grazie ancora , sia al capo officina che ai meccanici.

I had a problem, on Monday 9 August clutch and flywheel went ... I managed to get to the workshop ... then my car was no longer running ...
Result today 12 August return of the vehicle ..
They saved me a summer ... it was the only means I had available.
Thanks again, both to the foreman and to the mechanics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officina ottima per i tagliandi, ma non la prima scelta per riparazioni più serie. Ho portato qui la mia macchina per diversi tagliandi. Sempre disponibili, gentili e professionali. Vista l'esperienza positiva avevo pensato di recarmi da loro per un problema "più serio": la macchina vibrava vistosamente e si percepiva un rumore metallico soprattutto quando il veicolo era in discesa. Dopo aver dovuto insistere per l'assistenza e aver fatto sentire il rumore anomalo dell'auto, sono stato liquidato dicendo che era il normale rumore della ventola dell'aria condizionata (costo 30 euro e vettura ferma un giorno intero). Ho portato il veicolo presso un'altra officina Ford dove il problema è stato risolto sostituendo uno dei supporti del motore (costo circa 115 euro e vettura ferma mezza giornata). Esperienza pessima, sono rimasto davvero insoddisfatto della scarsa attenzione posta al problema e dalla mancata risoluzione.
Excellent workshop for servicing, but not the first choice for more serious repairs. I brought my car here for several coupons. Always available, kind and professional. Given the positive experience I had thought of going to them for a "more serious" problem: the car vibrated conspicuously and you could hear a metallic noise especially when the vehicle was going downhill. After having to insist on assistance and having the abnormal noise of the car heard, I was dismissed by saying that it was the normal noise of the air conditioning fan (cost 30 euros and car stopped for a whole day). I took the vehicle to another Ford workshop where the problem was solved by replacing one of the engine mounts (cost around 115 euros and the car was stopped for half a day). Bad experience, I was really dissatisfied with the lack of attention paid to the problem and the lack of resolution.
