Uno parla al telefono un altro nn vi avvicinate ke st facendo il corso. Se avevi una mezza idea d acquistare un auto nemmeno regalata la vorrei. Professionalità inesistente.
Zero reception. Nobody at the reception. Enter nn t look. Cleaners ke washed the floor at 11. One talks on the phone another nn you approach ke is doing the course. If you had half an idea of buying a car even as a gift I would like it. Non-existent professionalism.

All interno saranno presenti 8 - 10 automobili in pronta consegna . Gli addetti alle vendite sono molto gentili e disponibili nulla da dire . Ho acquistato una t Roc tre giorni fa ma i temoi di consegna non sono stati rispettati . Credo ciò sia dovuto alla emergenza covid . Concessionario consigliato
Bencivenni wolsvagen group for Reggio di Calabria is a medium-sized dealership with a fair amount of cars. Inside there will be 8-10 cars ready for delivery. The sales people are very nice and helpful nothing to say. I bought a t Roc three days ago but the delivery times were not respected. I believe this is due to the covid emergency. Recommended dealer

I bought my third VW trade-in car. Throughout the operation, I was assisted by kind, helpful, competent and professional staff from both the workshop department, with Mr. Giuseppe and Mr. Domenico, and, in particular, by the sales assistant Mr. Claudio, who personally took care of accompanying me in my choice with patience and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia polo 1.0 tsi del 2019 è ferma in concessionaria (RC) sin dal 25 febbraio per un guasto agli iniettori e alle candele. Ad oggi non è stata riparata per mancanza dei ricambi. Non mi è stata concessa riparazione in garanzia né auto sostitutiva, nonostante il basso chilometraggio (km25000) ed i tagliandi effettuati correttamente.
Sono veramente deluso sia dalla macchina che dalle risposte evasive del servizio clienti. Non comprerò mai più una Volkswagen.
My 2019 polo 1.0 tsi has been standing still in the dealership (RC) since February 25 due to a fault with the injectors and spark plugs. To date it has not been repaired due to lack of spare parts. I was not granted warranty repair or replacement car, despite the low mileage (km25000) and the servicing carried out correctly.
I am truly disappointed with both the machine and the evasive customer service responses. I will never buy a Volkswagen again.
