Le commesse sono meravigliose per simpatia e professionalità.
Ma sono poche. Spesso capita rimanga una sola commessa a gestire 3/4 clienti.
Solo per questo non ho dato 5 stelle. Geox farebbe meglio a investire un po' meno nel rinnovare i locali e ad assumere una ragazza in più.
Great products that I have been using for years, especially shoes.
The orders are wonderful for sympathy and professionalism.
But they are few. It often happens that there is only one order left to manage 3/4 customers.
For this alone I have not given 5 stars. Geox would be better off investing a little less in renovating the premises and hiring an extra girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous experience with shoes paid full price, tried for 100m and returned to the shop to hear only a refuse to exchange. The owner of the shop refused to come talk to me and sent the refusal message through a poor young guy who was ashamed. They also advised to go and see a "calzolaio", show maker for repairs. Offensive for €150 new
