Very nice and professional staff. My wife and I had a PCR test for coronavirus at this facility with a result within 24 hours. We received the result already after 6 hours in English as we had requested.

Reservation made quickly. They assured me the result in 12 h .. but in a while they are in 24 hours and no pdf received. Considerable inconvenience for me that I had to make a trip ... meanwhile 80 € have been pocketed by Gentras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and reliable service, offered for a very reasonable price. I came here to do a fit to fly PCR test for England and it was delivered within 6 or 7 hours.
Originally I was supposed to go to bigger, more well known labs (in central Florence) but they all seemed really unorganised or unreliable, so I ultimately decided to come here although it is not in a central location and it was very much worth it.
