★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IRETI ... ho investito un'ora del mio tempo per mandarvi la lettura del Gas in una applicazione che non funziona.... non accetta il dato e non fornisce spiegazioni nel mancato invio!!!!! Ho telefonato al call center dove un'operatrice maleducata ha cercato di dirmi che esistono due realtà distributive e altro!!! per cui.... bla bla bla.
Ho chiamato ufficio reclami e non ha risposto nessuno!!!!
Io so solo che devo pagare e non fare il vostro impiegato!
Smettete di complicarci la vita a noi utenti!!!!!

IRETI ... I invested an hour of my time to send you the reading of the Gas in an application that does not work .... does not accept the data and does not provide explanations in the failed sending !!!!! I phoned the call center where a rude operator tried to tell me that there are two distribution realities and more !!! for which .... bla bla bla.
I called the complaints office and no one answered !!!!
I only know that I have to pay and not be your employee!
Stop complicating life for us users !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È bastata una telefonata al centralino per un'informazione sul clamoroso ritardo nell'apertura del contatore del gas per capire che sono il paradigma dell'inefficienza e della maleducazione.
A phone call to the switchboard was enough for information on the sensational delay in opening the gas meter to understand that they are the paradigm of inefficiency and rudeness.
