È la seconda volta che mi succede: fotocopie con parole tagliate, a volte intere frasi, quando a lato (destra o sinistra) e quando sopra o sotto. Questa volta, in aggiunta, sbadatamente mi hanno completamente saltato 4 pagine da stampare. Quando ho portato i quaderni da stampare, ho chiesto espressamente alla ragazza di fare attenzione perché, ovviamente, l'importante sarebbe stato avere i fogli ben leggibili (e lei mi ha rassicurato "Certo, certo tranquilla!"). Stavolta ho sbagliato io a non controllare le fotocopie quando sono andata a ritirarle, visto il loro errore già in passato. Quindi voto 2/5 stelle, solo per il prezzo che nella zona è il più conveniente (ma che mi sta comunque facendo perdere tempo per riscrivere a mano parole, frasi e intere pagine mancanti). Il mio consiglio sia per il personale del negozio e sia per i clienti: controllate le fotocopie. Good price for printing photocopies, but unfortunately not done properly. This time I was wrong not to check the photocopies when I went to pick them up, given their mistake in the past. So I vote 2/5 stars, only for the price that is the most convenient in the area (but that is still wasting my time to rewrite by hand words, sentences and entire missing pages). My advice is for store staff and for customers: check the photocopies.
