Differenza abissale con le palestre ormai in voga super affollate con code agli attrezzi, di conseguenza sei molto più seguito. Scelta ampia sul tipo di abbonamento: mensile trimestrale o annuale. Non solo sala pesi ma anche corsi di fitness zumba e molto altro. Docce senza gettoni e wifi gratuito, top. Excellent gym with very helpful and friendly staff. Roberta, la titolare gode di professionalità a 360° sia in sala pesi che in sala corsi, programmi ogni mese sempre personalizzati, corsi divertenti e mai noiosi a partire da Body Bound a Pilates e molti altri. Insomma venire a provare e vedere questo ambiente di famiglia. Ci sono stato i primi di giugno con ingresso singolo € 5.00 (cifra onestissma) mi trovavo nelle vicinanze per ragioni di lavoro e mi sono allenato in questa palestra dalle 6.40 alle 8.00, ambiente piccolo, con tanti macchinari e in buone condizioni, pulito e con personale cortese, spogliatoio ordinato spazioso e pulitissimo. Bravi averne di ambienti così. Well well well, finally a gym that opens soon. I was there in early June with single entry € 5.00 (honest amount) I was nearby for work reasons and I trained in this gym from 6.40 to 8.00, small environment, with lots of machinery and in good condition, clean and with courteous staff, neat, spacious and spotless changing room. Good to have environments like this.

Un luogo defilato, quasi mai affollato che, nonostante le dimensioni contenute, offre tutto quello che si può ricercare per il mantenimento del proprio benessere fisico. Un ambiente cordiale, dove è impossibile non farsi strappare una risata dalla mitica Roby. Per finire il costo d'ingresso che è in linea con altre attività simili della zona ma decisamente economico rispetto alla qualità e quantità dei servizi offerti.
