Le lezioni sono stimolanti e l’ atmosfera del dojo è cordiale. Sicuramente un’ esperienza consigliata a tutti. Anche gli allievi più alti in grado nella palestra che aiutano Federico durante le lezioni danno il meglio di sè stessi per trasmettere la filosofia dell'aikido e gli insegnamenti della nostra scuola. Il maestro è rigoroso nel rispetto della tradizione e nel presidio dei fondamenti tecnici, sul tatami c'è sempre disciplina e rispetto reciproco. I sempai sono disponibili e generosi nel sostenere e aiutare i meno esperti ad imparare. A parte le caratteristiche più tecniche, a mio parere l’atmosfera che si respira è rilassante e stimolante allo stesso tempo. Un luogo in cui si puoi crescere... Bellissima esperienza!!! Friendly and very prepared teacher, you are never left alone for the first lessons (everything is explained to you, from practice to theory; and also the more technical issues related to the course itself); you are always greeted with a smile without feeling out of place. Apart from the more technical features, in my opinion the atmosphere is relaxing and stimulating at the same time. A place where you can grow ... Beautiful experience !!!

Se sei veramente interessato quest'arte,o comunque vuoi provare questa bella esperienza, Aikido shinsei Lissone è un dojo eccezionale, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il gruppo che lo compone. Persone tutte affiatate tra di loro. Si ride si scherza e si studia con grande serietà grazie alla disciplina e alla devozione che impiega il maestro Federico Vottre. martial arts are not for everyone, and if there is one among many that is even less so it is aikido. If you are really interested in this art, or at least you want to try this beautiful experience, Aikido shinsei Lissone is an exceptional dojo, especially as regards the group that composes it. People all in harmony with each other. We laugh, joke and study with great seriousness thanks to the discipline and devotion that the master Federico Vottre employs.
