★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando sono andata a pagare il premio della mia assicurazione- auto, ho trovato un cartello il quale diceva che l'ufficio era temporaneamente chiuso e che sarebbe stato riaperto alle 11.30. Ho aspettato fino alle 11.50, inutilmente.
Sono ritornata alle 12.30 ed ho trovato aperto, ma il mio premio è risultato maggiorato di 12 €. Non ho saputo la ragione di questo aumento perché la mia pratica era stata seguita da un'impiegata che in quel giorno era assente.
Sarei dovuta tornare un altro giorno per chiarire con la diretta interessata.
Ho preferito pagare subito.
When I went to pay my auto insurance premium, I found a sign saying the office was temporarily closed and would be reopened at 11.30. I waited until 11.50, to no avail.
I returned at 12.30 and found it open, but my prize was increased by 12 €. I did not know the reason for this increase because my practice was followed by an employee who was absent that day.
I should have come back another day to clarify with the person directly concerned.
I preferred to pay immediately.
