Pulizia annuale richiesta al negoziante ed effettuata da tecnici anonimi, inviati dal negoziante stesso, in modo sommario e incompleto. Dopo 4 mesi, causa mancato funzionamento della stufa, è stato necessario ripetere la pulizia, con tecnico di fiducia personale.
EVA calor pellet stove not recommended (low quality, medium-high price).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installazione a cura di due "tecnici" incompetenti mandati dall'azienda che hanno pure montato le canne fumarie storte e rovinato il tetto nuovo tanto che dovremo far rifare il lavoro. Dopo un anno siamo ancora senza certificato di conformità, si è rovinato il vetro e, nonostante i ripetuti solleciti, non si fanno sentire piu' e non rispondono al telefono. Assistenza nulla. Sconsigliatissimo!
Installation by two incompetent "technicians" sent by the company who have also mounted the crooked flues and ruined the new roof so much that we will have to have the job redone. After a year we are still without a certificate of conformity, the glass is damaged and, despite the repeated reminders, they do not make themselves heard anymore and do not answer the phone. Nothing assistance. Not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 9 mesi aggiorno la recensione che era da 5 stelle "Se non l'unico, uno dei pochi seri professionisti del settore". ora metto 2 stelle e la aggiorno:
il proprietario è molto esperto e preparato, e parlando delle cose positive in caso di blocco della stufa interviene anche nei festivi e festività. Tra i lati negativi devo indicare che bisogna chiamarlo tantissime volte per avere la speranza che intervenga, e il più delle volte questa speranza si rivela vana. Essendo una persona di buon cuore probabilmente le ragioni di tal comportamento sono la disorganizzazione. Per la manutenzione delle stufe si affida a personale di basso livello che non fa onore al suo livello. In generale e' un buon posto dove comperare una stufa di qualità, ma ma non e' organizzato, e questo lo fa ricadere in basso nella classifica. Conosco molte persone che hanno deciso di passare alla concorrenza, e questo e' un gran peccato secondo me. Nella speranza che migliori, metto due stelle e non una.

Among the negative sides I must point out that you have to call him many times to have the hope that he will intervene, and most of the time this hope turns out to be in vain. Being a good-hearted person, probably the reasons for this behavior are disorganization. For the maintenance of the stoves he relies on low-level personnel who do not honor his level. In general it is a good place to buy a quality stove, but it is not organized, which makes it fall low in the ranking. I know many people who have decided to switch to the competition, and this is a great shame in my opinion. In the hope that it improves, I put two stars and not one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, pessimo servizio. Abbiamo ordinato la stufa a pellet i primi di novembre. Il prezzo era concorrenziale e sono anche stati gentili. Fatto sta che è passato più di un mese e la stufa non è ancora arrivata. Si son presi l'acconto di 1500 euro e ora non ci rispondono più neanche al telefono. Evitate se potete! Noi siamo rimasti al freddo.
Aggiorno: ci hanno chiesto 250€ per farci il conto termico (per risparmiare 1300€) e non ce l'hanno fatto. Al montaggio della stufa, oltre un mese dopo l'ordine, ci hanno rotto un pezzo di ceramica, dicendoci che l'avrebbero cambiato e non l'hanno fatto. Servizio clienti inesistente. Non ci siamo mai trovati così male come clienti in nessun tipo di negozio! Da evitare come la peste!
Bad experience, bad service. We ordered the pellet stove in early November. The price was competitive and they were also kind. The fact is that more than a month has passed and the stove has not yet arrived. They took the deposit of 1500 euros and now they don't even answer us on the phone anymore. Avoid if you can! We stayed in the cold.
Update: they asked us for € 250 to do the thermal bill (to save € 1300) and they didn't make it. When assembling the stove, more than a month after the order, they broke a piece of ceramic, telling us that they would change it and they didn't. Customer service does not exist. We have never felt so bad as customers in any type of shop! Avoid like the plague!
