★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusa , perché mi sembra un po'esagerato che per cambiare un tappo di un fermo a caldaia che tra l'altro loro me l'hanno fatto pagare 12 euro quando su Internet lo trovi a 8euro ,sono arrivati a 35 euro perché hanno aggiunto la pulizia della caldaia pulizia della piastra ,che a me francamente non mi interessava,dovevano attenersi a ciò che io avevo riferito quindi cambiare solo il tappo.
 Disappointed, because it seems a bit exaggerated to me that to change a cap of a boiler stopper that among other things they made me pay 12 euros when you find it on the Internet at 8 euros, they got to 35 euros because they added the cleaning the boiler cleaning the plate, which frankly did not interest me, they had to stick to what I had reported therefore only change the cap.

Un mese di attesa per il termostato di un frigorifero (ho scoperto dopo ordinabile su amazon con consegna alla libreria Giunti!!!!), una certa scortesia nel contatto (ero senza frigorifero, mica senza aspirapolvere), e amara sorpresa,scontrino da 25 euro, quando io invece ho speso 35, cioé 10 di cauzione e 25 alla consegna.
Absolutely dissatisfied. A month of waiting for the thermostat of a refrigerator (I discovered later orderable on amazon with delivery to the Giunti bookshop !!!!), a certain rudeness in the contact (I was without a refrigerator, not without a vacuum cleaner), and a bitter surprise, receipt of 25 euro, when I instead spent 35, that is 10 as a deposit and 25 on delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo bene e trovo di tutto intendo ricambi x elettrodomestici,certo tutto questo ha un prezzo,aggiustano molte marche di elettrodomestici ma ne hanno anche molti nuovi di ogni tipo e marca,molto professionali e ascoltano con cura il cliente.
I feel good and I find everything I mean spare parts for appliances, of course all this has a price, they fix many brands of appliances but they also have many new ones of every type and brand, very professional and listen carefully to the customer.

Brutta esperienza
Un mese che hanno il prodotto ancora devono farmi sapere per quando sarà pronto.
E non rispondono più al telefono.
Spero che con questa recensione negativa si degnassero di dare una risposta e di scusarsi per come si sono comportati.
I absolutely do not recommend!

Not recommended .... electronic board of an iron boiler costing 40 euros, priced at 75 euros. Price compared with a different service center in Civitanova by communicating the same model code ...

La mia macchina da caffè non funzionava più per via di 3 problemi (e altrettanti pezzi da cambiare). Una collega mi ha consigliato di portarla qui. Ero indecisa xché in passato ero andata alla SAE di Piediripa ed ero stata quasi spennata per molto meno. Invece, intanto hanno chiesto una cauzione di €10 (e non 15, come alla SAE). Poi, mi hanno detto che sopra i €40 di costo della riparazione inviano il preventivo prima di procedere (invece alla SAE avevo avuto la sorpresaccia al ritiro). L'hanno riparata velocemente e a prezzo onesto. Hanno inviato un SMS per avvisarmi che la macchina era pronta. Inoltre, mi hanno ridato i pezzi vecchi. Dovessi avere altri problemi con elettrodomestici, ci tornerò sicuramente!
Great service, speed, honest price.
My coffee machine no longer worked because of 3 problems (and as many pieces to change). A colleague advised me to bring it here. I was undecided because in the past I went to the SAE in Piediripa and I was almost plucked for much less. Instead, in the meantime they asked for a deposit of € 10 (and not 15, as at SAE). Then, they told me that above the € 40 repair cost they send the quote before proceeding (instead at SAE I had the surprise at the withdrawal). They repaired it quickly and at a fair price. They sent an SMS to let me know that the car was ready. Also, they gave me the old pieces back. Should I have other problems with appliances, I will definitely be back!
