Ho portato l auto ad effettuare il tagliando periodico. Ottimo servizio, sia in fase di accettazione che in fase di ritiro auto, cordiali e gentili.

Ho comprato la mia prima macchina da loro (usata). Il venditore molto disponibile e gentile. Il problema Γ¨ subentrato dopo poche settimane dall'acquisto, scopro che il motore quando va ad alta velocitΓ  per esempio in autostrada a causa di un problema dell'acceleratore va in protezione e si blocca. Un esperienza per niente piacevole sopratutto se ti trovi in autostrada. Di conseguenza porto la macchina da loro in officina per ben 4 volte in un anno e non mi hanno MAI risolto il problema, dicevano che non capivano da cosa era dovuto il problema o forse facevano finta di non capire per far finire l'anno di garanzia? Non comprerΓ² piu da loro, da evitare assolutamente.
I bought my first car from them (used). The seller very helpful and kind. The problem took over a few weeks after the purchase, I discover that the engine when it goes at high speed for example on the motorway due to a problem with the accelerator goes into protection and stops. An experience that is not at all pleasant especially if you are on the highway. Consequently, I take the machine to their workshop 4 times in a year and they NEVER solved the problem, they said they didn't understand what caused the problem or maybe they pretended not to understand to end the warranty year. ? I will not buy from them anymore, to be avoided absolutely.

Sono andata oggi per un preventivo e il consulente in due minuti ci ha detto quanto ci sarebbe costata una Jeep Compass senza darci un preventivo cartaceo, senza esporci i vari modelli e le loro differenze, come se fossimo andati a comprare le noccioline! Si vede che non ne aveva voglia ma anzi che comprare una macchina da loro dove non ti danno nemmeno un po' di soddisfazione, anzi andare dall'altro capo del mondo. Grazie!!!

Visited them because of brake problems with my Alfa 159, and in need of a spring/clip to secure the pads. Although they had the spring in stock, they did not have the time to install it. Being on holidays in Italy from Holland and not a returning customer, they apparently understood there was no future business to expect from me. For an official "Alfa Assistenza" this is not acceptable in my view. With a lift it would have been a job of 15 minutes. It took me much longer and got quite dirty. Other (Italian) customers had a question mark above their head seeing me work on my car in front of the show room. The only positive thing was that a mechenanic offered me gloves to do the job. Bad service?
