★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È direttamente il titolare dell'attività a seguire ogni cliente, con parole tecniche del settore, ma semplici, riesce ogni volta a farmi capire il problema e la soluzione, e dandomi infornazioni su quanto fatto mi dà le armi per affrontare anche da sola il medesimo problema se si ripresenta (infatti anche dopo anni ricordo le sue spiegazioni) . Dire professionale è poco, perché c'è da aggiungere qualcosa che solo chi è nel settore da decenni può vantare: l'esperienza. Il signor Ermanno con generosità ci rende partecipi del lavoro che svolge volta x volta e ci rende autonomi nel caso in cui ci si trova da soli ad affrontare un problema con la nostra auto/moto/furgone.

Sono stato consigliato, non sono stato forzato all'acquisto . Non sono un esperto di prezzi al centesimo ma quello che ho pagato mi è sembrato congruo non solo alla batteria acquistata ma anche al servizio: rimossa la vecchia (dopo averla testata per vedere se veramente c'era bisogno di cambiarla) mi è stata installata la batteria nuova, controllata che fosse a posto e dato l'ok a partire.
Forse al supermercato avrei pagato meno (ammesso di trovare la batteria particolare adatta alle mie esigenze) ma solo il pensiero di dover portare in ricicleria la vecchia e la conseguente perdita di tempo mi fanno apprezzare l'acquisto che ho fatto. Al momento opportuno tornerò senz'altro.

I was advised, I was not forced to buy. I am not an expert on penny prices but what I paid seemed to me to be appropriate not only to the battery purchased but also to the service: removed the old one (after having tested it to see if it really needed to change it) I was installed the new battery, checked that it was in place and given the ok to go.
Maybe I would have paid less at the supermarket (assuming I found the particular battery suitable for my needs) but just the thought of having to take the old one to the recycling center and the consequent waste of time make me appreciate the purchase I made. At the appropriate time I will definitely return.
