★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura nel pieno centro di Siracusa, in zona dove è possibile parcheggiare, con negozi di pregio e tutto il necessario a portata di mano (bar, supermercato, pizzerie, ristoranti, mc Donald etc etc).
Si possono raggiungere agevolmente a piedi Ortigia, il parco Archeologico, il museo Paolo Orsi, il Santuario della Madonnina delle Lacrime etc. Etc. La struttura conta 3 suite che si affacciano su una enorme terrazza, gli appartamenti sono tutti nuovissimi, ben arredati con mobili di qualità, TV 55 pollici, Netflix, Alexa, cucina completa con fornelli ad induzione, ampio bagno con maxidoccia, impianto elettrico domotico, serrande elettriche, accesso alle suite automatizzato elettronicamente, etc etc. Veramente paragonabile ad un hotel a 5 stelle. Bravi!!!

The structure has 3 suites that overlook a huge terrace, the apartments are all brand new, well furnished with quality furniture, 55 inch TV, Netflix, Alexa, full kitchen with induction stove, large bathroom with large shower, electrical system home automation, electric shutters, electronically automated access to suites, etc. etc. Truly comparable to a 5 star hotel. Well done !!!

Intorno al appartamento si trovano diversi supermercati Gourmet, utile e conveniente per sfruttare la bella terrazza a disposizione.
Appartamento è nuovo arredato con stile, e moderno. Comunicazione molto veloce e semplice con i proprietari.
Excellent structure, appart hotel near the center of Ortigia, 15 min walk.
Around the apartment there are several Gourmet supermarkets, useful and convenient to take advantage of the beautiful terrace available.
Apartment is new stylishly furnished, and modern. Very fast and easy communication with the owners.
