★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ti aspettare una gelateria tradizionale ma un furgoncino del gelato, da quanto leggo sul web nasce da un'idea di alcuni ex dipendenti della famosissima ex gelateria "Brioscià" che perso il lavoro hanno deciso di mettersi in proprio. Operazione secondo me riuscitissima, perché il gelato da Brioscià non mi faceva impazzire invece questo è davvero ottimo e realizzato con ingredienti ricercati. Ieri sera ho provato una brioches al gusto di "fragoline", "pistacchio grezzo di Raffadali" e "Panna". La brioches un po piccolina rispetto alla media, ma veramente piena di gelato davvero gustosissimo. Sicuramente ci tornerò spesso!!!
 Do not expect a traditional ice cream shop but an ice cream van, from what I read on the web it comes from an idea of some former employees of the famous ex "Brioscià" ice cream parlor who lost their job and decided to set up their own business. Operation in my opinion very successful, because the ice cream from Brioscià did not drive me crazy instead this is really excellent and made with refined ingredients. Last night I tried a brioches flavored with "strawberries", "raw pistachio from Raffadali" and "Cream". The brioches a bit small compared to the average, but really full of really tasty ice cream. I will definitely go back often !!!
