★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking to the best gelato in Palermo? You've found it. Cappadonia offer only quality in their gelato and sorbetto. They also offer fresh fruit sorbets made from seasonal fruits from the region. My recommendation is definitely to try the mandarin flavour through March and April or the mango at the end of the Summer season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice-cream was amazing however as warned and expected the service was not motivating to explore the offers. Try not only one but two-three icecreams in the bun. The single portion is large and very filling. There are other locations too on the busy pedestrian roads but this is less busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So good. My favorite gelato in Palermo. Just the right balance of lightness and creaminess, and their sorbetto is perfect for a super hot summer afternoon. Plus they have seating outside so you can relax and enjoy your gelato!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually I don’t want to nag about the ice cream in this shop. Their ice creams are the BEST in Palermo.
BUT the people who work there (except one very polite and friendly woman) are a$$h0!€s… why I say this?
We know that you can have UP TO 3 flavours in one cone. From 10 times that we were here, at least times they told us that we cannot have 3 flavours in one cone and when we said that we know that we can have up to 3 flavours, they (3 differnet guys at 3 different times) added 2 of the flavours in an aggressive and ugly form on top of the first one and acted rude afterwards.
This is not what I can call behaviour.
Sorry guys, but you should learn from your colleague (the lady, who is very polite)!

Best tasted and best service.
Even you a stranger they will served you like local people.. nice and respect.
Also have nice place to chill and relax, not very crowded area. Love this place.
