★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We can’t say for sure if this is the best gelato in the city, because it is the only gelateria we visited! Sapori do Sicilia, rum, and caramelo salata were unique flavors. Good, kind staff and it is almost always open!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried a bunch of gelato places in Rome and this one was the best. You can tell when quality ingredients and thoughtful planning goes into food. Many of the other gelato places tasted watered down, flavorless, and named after American candy (an obvious sign it’s a tourist trap). Here, the gelato is creamy, flavorful and based on Italian ingredients and desserts. It’s authentic and the service is kind and patient for you to make a decision (so important for me since I love all the flavors). The prices are reasonable, and I enjoyed every bit of gelato and sweets we got there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! I’m gluten free and this place has gluten free cones-they also offered to wash the paddles! They have this peanut salted caramel flavor and if you didn’t know, peanuts aren’t as popular here in Italy, hazelnuts are most definitely the name of the game here- anyways my gluten free peanut butter gelato hits the spot every time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gelateria Millennium is a solid addition to the Roman gelato scene. We randomly visited the shop and loved everything we tried! The prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly. They have a great location and fill a much needed gelato gap in the area.
