★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great coffee at a steep price. I paid 10 euro for a natural process Ethiopia v60 pour over. The to go cups have lids that don't seal, so you will pour coffee on yourself. Staff were helpful and patient. Coffee is made perfectly. Latte, espresso, and pour over/filter coffee. They have nitro cold brew and nitro tea as well. One of the 2 shops in rome with such offerings. The atmosphere could be better too. The design is nice- just missing a few finishing touches. Right by the Vatican is a great location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m from the US and expecting to have a nice breakfast and hot coffee in Rome Italy.
Both cappuccino and americano were not hot enough, I ordered a Pergamino Roll and the bread was hard and not pleasant to eat, we also ordered the pancakes as we saw in the review photos, they were not the same size and also were small.
At the end I wanted to give a honest and humble feedback, the two person in charge were not open to feedback and they were trying to dismiss my thoughts saying the coffee was not cold but it was the mug which does not make sense both cappuccino and americano were not hot enough.
If you work in the service industry you strive to understand the clients and not fight back.
Anyway due to the poor customer service I had to write this review, because if we are paying for a service I’m expecting to be good enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had breakfast at this place and I don’t regret. They only had scrambled eggs sandwich but I asked if it could be like an English breakfast and they didn’t refuse it. Service was spectacular, pear and ginger juice was what I needed, and their cappuccino was as expected, top! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, perfect if you search for a good specialty coffeeshop in Rome and they have good cakes too and a nice atmosphere. The sandwiches looked really tasty as well, worth going there even when it was raining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool place for a good coffee. Simple, organized, and friendly. We had the american coffee and the macchiato (caldo). The american coffee was really good, but macchiato was on another level. One of the best macchiato in my opinion.
Anyway if you around piazza del risorgimento, i would recommend a coffee here ?
