★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Granita al pistacchio is awesome but if you really like to try a local thing try asking for a cannolo alla ricotta grezzo. If you like cannolo you won't be disappointed. It takes them some couple of minutes to prepare it but than it all heaven :)
