Il caffè selezionato da crudi viene torrefatto all'interno dello stesso locale con macchina a vista: produzioni piccole, praticamente Just in time, quindi niente conservazione sotto vuoto o ad azoto. Il caffè si presenta con una spessa crema nocciola scuro, risultato della piccola percentuale di Robusta nella miscela. Il primo assaggio anticipa il forte retrogusto torbato di lunga persistenza, un'autentica esperienza del gusto e dell'arte della torrefazione. Chi preferisce può scegliere una miscela più morbida e vellutata, ma che conserva intatto il corpo originale. Il cameriere fa il cameriere, i caffè gli scontrini i gelati ... non ci siamo. Nota super negativa: vedere chi prende le ordinazioni con la sigaretta in mano e poi vederla fare i gelati non mi sembra il massimo dell’igiene e della professionalità. Servizio al tavolo non sempre celere. Sconsigliati i succhi proposti, a meno che non amiate il gusto delle verdure nella bibita. Being the only artisan ice cream parlor in Serracapriola, it has no competitors. The tastes offered are not many but all pleasant. Table service is not always fast. The proposed juices are not recommended, unless you love the taste of the vegetables in the drink.

Al prezzo di soli 1,8 € euro avrete 2 gusti a vostra scelta, il cono è diverso, non è quello classico comprato all'ingrosso, ma penso sia fatto da loro, infatti ha un sapore e una consistenza unici! Ho preso addirittura 2 gelati, perchè era troppo buono! Ricordo di aver preso 2 tipi diversi di piastacchi, un gusto di arachidi e uno di nutella, che dire erano uno più buono dell altro! Infatti nel gelato al pistacchio si intravedevano tutti i pistacchi polverizzati, il che dimostra che è tutto super artigianale! Sicuramente ci tornerò! The best ice cream I've ever eaten!
