V	Vincenzo Storelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire? Davvero un locale particolare, con con spazi e tempi ottimi. La location è nella media particolare, con un servizio curioso e simpatico. Siamo stati allietati dal cameriere con intrattenimenti storici e di odori, dandoci la possibilità di scegliere tra mare e terra, senza un vero e proprio menu, portando a tavola i piatti più buoni a disposizione. Il menu scelto da noi è stato quello di terra, con un'entrata di taralli e tortillas del posto, con un antipasto di salumi e formaggi di altissimo livello, con attenzione alla mozzarella di bufala locale. Il primo con noci e gorgonzola è stato gustoso. Dolce eccellente. Il conto perfetto per qualità prezzo. Da tornare. Consigliato. Location: 7 Servizio: 8 Menu: 9 Conto: 8 What to say? Really a particular place, with excellent spaces and times. The location is particularly average, with a curious and friendly service. We were cheered by the waiter with historical entertainment and smells, giving us the opportunity to choose between sea and land, without a real menu, bringing to the table the best dishes available. The menu chosen by us was that of the land, with an entry of local taralli and tortillas, with an appetizer of meats and cheeses of the highest level, with attention to the local buffalo mozzarella. Più che un semplice pranzo/cena si tratta di un "viaggio" tra odori e sapori, un'esperienza ECCEZIONALE. Fin da quando vi sedete il titolare vi offrirà un percorso olfattivo di spezie e aromi (che si notano essere la sua passione, dal modo in cui presenta il tutto). Se non avete prenotato potrete ordinare solo antipasti e primi (niente secondi). Il locale è piccolo e fiabesco. Qui ho mangiato uno dei piatti più buoni mai provati: caserecce con gorgonzola, noci, speck e albicocca. I piatti tra cui scegliere sono pochi ma decisamente buoni (potete scegliere tra quelli di terra e di mare). Il servizio è decisamente lento (2h30min per due primi e due dolci) che però, oltre che essere stato specificato fin da subito, l'attesa viene riempita da sapori e odori portati e offerti dal titolare (timo, maggiorana, citronella..), e anche liquori homemade (olive, iperico..). Facendo un bilancio finale: 2 primi, 2 dolci, percorso olfattivo per due a 40€ in totale! Che dire, un "viaggio" lungo, ma ne è valsa sicuramente la pena!! (Disclaimer: don't come and eat here if you're in a hurry.) More than a simple lunch / dinner it is a "journey" between smells and tastes, an EXCEPTIONAL experience. From the moment you sit down, the owner will offer you an olfactory journey of spices and aromas (which can be seen as his passion, from the way he presents everything). If you have not booked you can only order appetizers and first courses (no main courses). The place is small and fairytale. Here I ate one of the best dishes I have ever tried: homemade with gorgonzola, walnuts, speck and apricot. The dishes to choose from are few but very good (you can choose between those of land and sea). The service is decidedly slow (2h30min for two first courses and two desserts) but, in addition to having been specified right away, the wait is filled with flavors and smells brought and offered by the owner (thyme, marjoram, lemongrass ..), and also homemade liqueurs (olives, hypericum ..). Making a final balance: 2 first courses, 2 desserts, olfactory path for two at 40 € in total! What can I say, a long "journey", but it was definitely worth it!
M	Martina Pezzicoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo fermati la prima volta per un aperitivo veloce ma alla fine ci siamo trovati talmente bene che è diventata una tappa fissa per il fine settimana. Grazie alla scelta molto accurata dei prodotti Primiano (il proprietario) riesce sempre a garantire il massimo della qualità. Il locale è accogliente e pieno di oggettistica molto particolare e unica nel suo genere. Il numero di posti limitato permette di avere un attenzione per il cliente molto elevata, consiglio di prenotare in modo da potervi godere al massimo questa esperienza e i fantastici piatti proposti. My boyfriend and I stopped the first time for a quick aperitif but in the end we were so happy that it became a fixed stop for the weekend. Thanks to the very careful choice of products, Primiano (the owner) always manages to guarantee the highest quality. The restaurant is welcoming and full of very special and unique objects. The limited number of places allows you to have a very high attention to the customer, I recommend booking so that you can fully enjoy this experience and the fantastic dishes on offer.

Devo dire che ho potuto assaggiare più portate e per tutte la sensazione è stata un viaggio nei sapori. Non bisogna avere fretta, solo cosi si può apprezzare la cena. È stata un esperienza piacevole, che va assolutamente fatta se si è di passaggio a Lesina .Lo straconsiglio. A unique experience, I was able to dine in this restaurant for two nights in a row. I must say that I was able to taste several courses and for all of them the sensation was a journey through flavors. Don't be in a hurry, only in this way can you enjoy dinner. It was a pleasant experience, which must absolutely be done if you are passing through Hvar.

I proprietari, gentilissimi, cordiali e attenti al cliente, sono la vera anima del locale, dove il servizio può avere tempi un po' lunghi, ma che favorisce un'esperienza di gusto e di tranquillità, facendo di esso un luogo dove poter vivere la corretta convivialità. Eccezionali, per una cena con amici, sono le focacce farcite con prodotti di terra o di mare. Se si vuole scoprire gusti e prodotti di nicchia, questo locale è il posto giusto. Family-run restaurant where you can enjoy a quality culinary experience, with a menu that varies according to the raw materials available, always refined and of high quality. The owners, very kind, friendly and attentive to the customer, are the true soul of the place, where the service can take a bit long, but which favors an experience of taste and tranquility, making it a place where you can live the proper conviviality. Exceptional, for a dinner with friends, are the focaccias stuffed with products from the land or the sea. If you want to discover niche tastes and products, this place is the right place.

Appena arrivati il gestore regala un pacco di patatine a mio figlio di 2 anni e cerca di giocare con lui con i pupazzi dei Gormiti ma nulla da fare? mio figlio accetta le patatine ma non molla i pupazzetti ?. Poi tocca a noi ordiniamo un antipasto di terra e 3 di mare. Quello di terra era composto da cotto bresaola e formaggi locali. Quelli di mare da diversi tipi di carpacci e polipo. Poi abbiamo assaggiato il salmone affumicato tanto decantato da alcune mie conoscenze e devo ammettere che era davvero buonissimo. Super soddisfatti???? Poi come primi abbiamo preso uno di orecchiette cacio e pepe e 3 di orecchiette con la cernia. A dir poco squisiti ??? Da bere consigliato dal gestore un vino rosé buonissimo e come dolce abbiamo preso una torta pandispagna cioccolato e nocciola buonissimo??? Presentazione dei piatti molto curata e il personale molto simpatico e attenti al cliente, la priorità ai più piccoli. Siamo stati fortunati a trovare posto avendo prenotato all'ultimo secondo perchè in genere bisogna prenotare qualche giorno prima perché per scelta del gestore (a parere mio molto intelligente) preferisce avere meno coperti e garantire un ottimo servizio e una accurata attenzione al cliente, piuttosto che avere tanti coperti e un servizio mediocre con scarsa attenzione al cliente. As soon as we arrive, the manager gives my 2-year-old son a pack of chips and tries to play with him with the Gormiti puppets but nothing to do my son accepts the chips but doesn't give up the puppets ?. Then it's up to us to order a land appetizer and 3 seafood. The ground one consisted of cooked bresaola and local cheeses. Those of the sea from different types of carpaccio and octopus. Then we tasted the smoked salmon much praised by some of my acquaintances and I must admit that it was really very good. Super satisfied???? Then as first we took one of orecchiette with cheese and pepper and 3 of orecchiette with grouper. Exquisite to say the least ??? To drink, recommended by the manager, a very good rosé wine and as a dessert we had a delicious chocolate and hazelnut sponge cake??? Presentation of the dishes very accurate and the staff very nice and attentive to the customer, the priority for the little ones. We were lucky to find a place having booked at the last second because usually you have to book a few days in advance because by choice of the manager (in my opinion very intelligent) he prefers to have fewer seats and guarantee an excellent service and careful attention to the customer, rather than having a lot of covers and a mediocre service with little attention to the customer. Still many many compliments and thanks we wish you a good job???
