Il personale gentilissimi ed accogliente, fanno di questo luogo un punto di riferimento Il parcheggio forse è un pò difficile da trovarsi, essendo in centro paese ma, basta anche farsi due passi.. Tanto ne vale la pena sempre! Historic ice cream shop in the town center Years and years of ice cream and coffee ... always super good !! Impeccable management and always ok service! The staff were very kind and welcoming, make this place a point of reference The parking is perhaps a bit difficult to find, being in the town center, but just take a walk .. It is always worth it!
F	Franco Delù on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono stato alla gelateria Colombo e purtroppo ho riscontrato un pessimo servizio e una pessima policy aziendale. Eravamo in 7 persone e ad eccezione di una bambina, abbiamo ordinato tutti delle coppe di gelato da tavolo. Al momento dell'ordine, siamo stati subito informati che non disponevano della panna montata in quanto il giorno seguente, il locale sarebbe stato chiuso per riposo settimanale. Dal momento che ci siamo recati in questo locale proprio per gustare del gelato, visto che tutte le coppe prevedevano l'aggiunta di panna montata, considerato che non c'era alternativa, con disappunto e stupore abbiamo ordinato lo stesso le coppe di gelato. Ora, per deontologia professionale, in mancanza di un prodotto o parte di esso, dovrebbe essere sostituito con altro prodotto pari o superiore di qualità, quantità e valore o adeguato per difetto il prezzo. Invece, al contrario, tutto molto scarso e prezzo invariato. La bambina che ha ordinato una crepes alla Nutella, gli è stata servita senza posate, alla richiesta, sono arrivate a crepes quasi terminata. Manifestando ns disappunto, ci è stato risposto di rivolgerci al capo. Credo che nessuno voglia sentirsi dare una risposta così evasiva (bastavano semplici scuse) e che il personale debba essere adeguatamente preparato a far fronte a queste problematiche senza disturbare il "capo" Today I went to the Colombo ice cream shop and unfortunately I found a bad service and a bad company policy. There were 7 of us and with the exception of one little girl, we all ordered table sundaes of ice cream. When ordering, we were immediately informed that they did not have whipped cream as the following day, the place would be closed for weekly rest. Since we went to this place just to enjoy ice cream, since all the cups included the addition of whipped cream, considering that there was no alternative, with disappointment and amazement we ordered the ice cream cups anyway. Now, for professional ethics, in the absence of a product or part of it, it should be replaced with another product of equal or superior quality, quantity and value or adjusted to a defect in the price. Instead, on the contrary, everything is very scarce and the price is unchanged. The little girl who ordered a Nutella crepes, was served without cutlery, at the request, they arrived at almost finished crepes. Expressing our disappointment, we were told to turn to the boss. I believe that no one wants to hear such an evasive answer (simple apologies were enough) and that the staff must be adequately prepared to deal with these problems without disturbing the "boss"

It is possible to get various sizes in cones and tubs including large tubs to take away. However, the frozen (non sorbet) option looks mostly like slushy, which is unappealing.
