Dopo aver messo la scritta BUON COMPLEANNO LA TORTA NON COSTAVA PIU 27 EURO MA MAGICAMENTE ERA SALITA A 50€ beh lascio perdere e visto che è il compleanno della mia ragazza la pendo e vado a casa,ma a casa mi accorgo di non aver preso le candelline,torno nella stessa pasticceria e chiedo 2 candele a forma di numero...pensavo visto il costo della torta che le candele le davano in omaggio ma col C.... anche le candele 1€ il pezzo TORTE NE HO VISTO DI MIGLIORI PER QUEL PREZZO ....BEH BRUTTA ESPERIENZA A PARER MIO LO SCONSIGLIO I entered only once to buy a birthday cake ... small cake that at the beginning the lady tells me that it would have cost about 27 euros, ok I'll take it !! Sia che la tara sia automatica o inserita manualmente, la tara deve comparire sul display bilancia tara e sia sul display del peso con il meno davanti. Arrivato a casa ho pesato il vassoio con e senza pasticcini. Morale ho pagato gr 100 di vassoio. AI SIG. Busnelli ricordo che il mancato inserimento e verifica tara per legge è a carico dell operatore e perseguibile penalmente per legge in quanto FRODE IN COMMERCIO. Due euro e passa ve li regalo (Mancia per la ragazza). Ma perché dovete far pagare il vassoio? Chissà a quanti clienti sarà successo. Attenzione verificate sempre le tare quando fate acquisti di prodotti venduti a peso a lungo andare sono soldi che vanno al proprietario ingiustamente Purchased 1 kg tray pastries. In considerazione della fama della pasticceria, nel periodo di Pasqua abbiamo acquistato una colomba 'appena sfornata', ma il risultato è stato lo stesso. La cosa ancor più irritante è che alla richiesta di colomba farcita ci è stato risposto che le farciture vengono aggiunte solo ai prodotti di scarsa qualità (???...). Cari signori Busnelli, non sono un pasticcere ma un consumatore che un po' se ne intende: quando vedo un lievitato secco e pallido penso subito a carenza di burro e uova in ricetta: è questa la qualità di cui andate fieri ? Andrea è un maestro . Bariste cordiali e simpatiche ? Per il resto... locale freddino, abbiamo chiesto 2 cioccolate con panna ma non avevano la panna, le cioccolate erano liquide e poco invitanti. Il cucchiaino sporco, lo abbiamo cambiato 2 volte poi ci abbiamo rinunciato. Ho chiesto un tè caldo da bere con le paste ma do e o aspettare che venissero pronte le tazze in lavastoviglie (nel locale c'eravamo solo noi e un papà con una bimba... anche perché ci sono solo 4 tavolini). La signora, povera, era anche gentile ma... se non sapete (o potete) fare servizio bar, las iate perdere, non ve lo ordina mica il dottore!!!! I give 2 stars only because the pastas I ate (cannoncini) were fresh. For the rest ... cold place, we asked for 2 chocolates with cream but they didn't have cream, the chocolates were liquid and not very inviting. The dirty spoon, we changed it twice then we gave up. I asked for a hot tea to drink with pastries but I do and or wait for the cups to be ready in the dishwasher (in the room there was just us and a father with a child ... also because there are only 4 tables). The poor lady was also kind but ... if you don't know (or can) do bar service, forget it, the doctor doesn't order it !!!!

Purchased 3 panettone at 28 euros each, Cut one: excellent taste but deformed shape and all wrong, it seems to me that at the price at which they sell them the eye MUST BE SATISFIED!
