A	Antonella Ciampi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata qui da Bram varie volte, ordinando spesso un caffè macchiato assieme ad una brioches rimanendo sempre soddisfatta, i ripieni di esse sono davvero buoni e il caffè risulta sempre bello caldo e ovviamente anche ben macchiato. Il personale poi è davvero gentile e carino, difficilmente si riescono a trovare persone così disponibili e simpatiche. Consigliatissimo, non ve ne pentirete! I have been here at Bram's several times, often ordering a macchiato coffee together with a brioches always remaining satisfied, the fillings of them are really good and the coffee is always nice hot and obviously also well stained. The staff is really kind and nice, you can hardly find such helpful and nice people. Highly recommended, you will not regret it!

Entrati sabato alle 19.20 la cameriera ci accoglie con un “ io alle 19,40 devo chiudere”. Nonostante questo caloroso benvenuto, ordiniamo 4 spritz certi che sarebbero stati accompagnati da qualche stuzzichino data la volontà espressa di voler fare aperitivo ovviamente in modo rapido. Aspettiamo qualche minuto, e decidiamo di chiedere esplicitamente se era possibile avere qualcosa da addentare. Poco dopo finalmente, patatine taralli arachidi e un taglierino di salumi arrivarono al nostro tavolo. In conclusione, esperienza assolutamente negativa che ci ha lasciati stizziti e delusi. We wait a few minutes, and decide to ask explicitly if it was possible to have something to bite into. Shortly thereafter, peanut taralli fries and a charcuterie cutter finally arrived at our table. In conclusion, an absolutely negative experience that left us angry and disappointed.

Ci hanno portato un tè caldo (unica cosa buona) e un caffè shakerato (non montato e molto acquoso) in due vassoi molto grandi, occupavano tutto il tavolo, essendo davvero troppo piccolo. Avevamo ordinato anche due pancakes, e la cameriera non sapeva dove metterli, tanto che il mio è stato messo in uno dei due vassoi, le posate sopra ai pancakes diventando appiccicose di sciroppo d’acero, ed erano freddi. Mentre i pancakes rocher erano completamente sommersi di nutella, non si riuscivano a mangiare. La cameriera era sola con molta gente da servire e teneva la mascherina sotto al naso. Sono rimasta scontenta, il menù ha del potenziale ma serve più organizzazione. Been here with my boyfriend after spotting the venue several times. It is very nice and cozy, but with the food we are not there. They brought us a hot tea (the only good thing) and a shaken coffee (not whipped and very watery) in two very large trays, they took up the whole table, being really too small. We had also ordered two pancakes, and the waitress did not know where to put them, so much so that mine was placed in one of the two trays, the cutlery on top of the pancakes becoming sticky with maple syrup, and they were cold. While the pancakes rocher were completely submerged in Nutella, they couldn't be eaten. The waitress was alone with many people to serve and held the mask under her nose. I was unhappy, the menu has potential but more organization is needed.
