★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente da dire sulla qualità dei prodotti,ottimo gelato ,ma ,come si dice,oltre alla qualità degli alimenti è importante anche il servizio dato,personale maleducato , ho fatto una domanda ma mi è stata data una risposta in modo seccato , Consiglio al personale di negozi che stanno a contatto con altre persone che oltre a vendere prodotti a buona qualità serve empatia con i clienti e felicità di fare il proprio lavoro.

La torta era schifosa.Strati erano molto bagnati e piena di crema per dare più peso alla torta.Quando ho tagliato la torta e proprio faceva schifo, diventava come uno budino.Ho fatto la figura...da avanti miei ospiti.Quando sono venuta da loro di nuovo ho detto che la torta faceva schifo.E mi hanno risposto che devo portare la pazienza e cambiare in questo caso la gelateria. Arroganza che hanno avuto loro non ho visto mai. Non vado più e non consiglio a nessuno. Più avanti ce unaltra gelateria via Walter Tabacci da Cinzia. Consiglio! last year ordered from them the cake for my 35 years. The cake was disgusting. Layers were very wet and full of cream to give more weight to the cake. And they replied that I have to be patient and change the ice cream shop in this case. Arrogance who have had them I have never seen. I don't go any more and I don't recommend anyone.
