servizio pessimo, personale incompetente e clima confusionario
avevo un voucher da usare e potevo esclusivamente usufruirne con l'assistenza dell'agenzia, allora chiedo qualche informazione e mi faccio mandare qualche preventivo per poi sentirmi dire "non ti faccio più preventivi, te ne ho già fatti troppi", quando in realtà ne avevo ricevuti solo due e in più SBAGLIATI (per due persone e con bagaglio in stiva quando avevo detto esplicitamente di essere sola e di voler viaggiare leggera)

bad service, incompetent staff and a confusing atmosphere
I had a voucher to use and I could only use it with the assistance of the agency, so I ask for some information and I have a quote sent to me and then I am told "I won't give you more quotes, I've already made too many", when in reality I had only received two and more WRONG (for two people and with checked baggage when I explicitly said I was alone and wanted to travel light)
super super not recommended, incompetent and rude
